Finish Carpenter/Project Manager for Real Estate Office

We’re looking to hire a finish carpenter/project manager/handyman for our growing real estate and development company! The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented with motivation to oversee project management for upcoming listings, light remodels for clients and on-site training with a local development company. This person is well-versed in problem solving, managing multiple projects at once and excels in providing solutions and resources to complete the task at hand. Skills may include: - Minor electrical work (swapping light fixtures, updating outlets, etc.) - Paint/caulk touch up - Hardware installation - Cabinet installation - Deck building/repair - Trim/millwork - Fence/gate repair or installation - General “handy-man” work - Tile install - Flooring install This person must also: - Be organized and attentive to timelines - Proactive in finding solutions - Respectful + communicative with other vendors - Comfortable with direct client-facing conversations PTO with full-time employment and health benefits. Salary: $75K/annually
