The River Oaks Homeowners Association is seeking a maintenance/Landscaping person.
The position includes, but is not limited to, maintaining the common areas of the community including grounds, pool, RV area, streets, storage and clubhouse.
Work will include mowing, weed eating, fertilizing lawns; weeding and trimming shrubs; cleaning streets in front of clubhouse; spraying weeds in gutters; maintaining the front entrance; keeping all Association landscapes well‐groomed and in good order; maintain sprinkler system, some electrical. Will spray, weed eat and clean the RV area as needed. Will maintain the pool and pool area and record daily readings of chemicals during the summer. Will clean and repair street lights. Will maintain all garden equipment and keep inventory. Will thoroughly maintain the clubhouse which includes cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, cleaning windows, clean kitchen, outside building and other duties as assigned.
Hours: 20 hours per week / M‐F
Wage: DOE / Includes paid vacation
