We have a rare, GORGEOUS rehearsal room/studio available on April 1st in our main location at DUTCH Creatives' Collaborative, located in the heart of downtown Rochester. This room is separated from the rest of the rehearsal rooms by two floors, features original stained glass windows, some exposed brick, and measures 16' x 16'. We'd love for you to become a member of our community, currently including over 100 musicians and artists. Please reach out to schedule your personal tour. As a reminder, DUTCH is an ecosystem designed around all things relating to music. Rent in our space includes electricity, heat, WiFi, public bathrooms, and access to the shared lounge. There are secure keyless entries into each of our buildings and each rehearsal/flex room. Both rehearsal locations offer 24/7 access. Rent for this room is $500/month.
