We're an established remodeling firm located in S. Arlington, VA seeking experienced painter / drywall installer to join our team. We've been in business for 15 years and have developed a terrific reputation. Our work includes renovations, additions and whole house restorations. Our projects are currently limited to the areas of Arlington and Alexandria, so travel time will be a quick. We do not perform production work. Our clients expect good communication, high quality workmanship and integrity. We deliver. An ideal candidate should: • Be self-motivated and have at least 3 years of experience as painter / drywall installer in residential projects like: kitchens, bathrooms, additions, etc. • Electrical, plumbing skills are a plus. • Authorized to work in the U.S., NO EXCEPTIONS! • A strong attention to detail • Ability to work on ladders and scaffolds • Have own tools • Have own transportation • Be prompt, yet flexible and capable of working a standard 40 hrs/week • No smoking on the job site • Must have good communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with clients and co-workers Candidates should be willing to undergo a background check and possess a professional and personable demeanor. Salary range: Based on experience plus monthly gas allowance. After 6 months of employment, the position includes 3 paid holidays.
