Landscape manager Put your experience to work. Become a manager of several crews. Work in the residential market. We are looking for an individual who works well with a mid-sized company. You will be responsible for managing 3-5 crews, consisting of 2-6 man crews. You must be able to teach your crews “best landscape practices”, instilling safety and quality. Qualified candidates must be bi-lingual (Spanish). On a daily basis you will you are responsible for: • Inspecting vehicles and equipment consistently • Getting crews out • Visiting each crew during the day • Visiting completed and upcoming jobs • Gathering supplies for upcoming jobs • Closing down the day • Preparing crews for the next day Requirements • 2+ years supervisory field experience • Bi-lingual Spanish both written and oral • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Job skills • Supervise production at multiple sites • Experience with operating hand held landscape power tools • Ability to coordinate company resources efficiently and profitability • Act as intermediary between field employees Other duties • Manage and track all job order. • Helping with truck and equipment maintenance along with repairs • Keep jobs on track and under budget • Enforce job site safety and proper equipment usage practices • Training of new and current employees • Policy enforcement • Setting production goals • Problem solve client concerns and on-site issues • Evaluation and inspection of work performed by employee Benefits • Paid vacation • health insurance • paid sick leave • company cell phone • company vehicle
