Job description HD Supply is actively hiring Warehouse Associates for locations across the greater Dallas - Ft. Worth area! Compensation depends on experience, location, and shift. Hourly Pay ranges from $15 - $18 and as a full time employee you will have a comprehensive and affordable benefits package that includes tuition reimbursement eligibility, health savings accounts, and discounted company stock options. Choose your work site location! We have openings in Flower Mound, Grand Prairie, and Ft. Worth, TX. Openings for both Full Time and Part Time scheduling! All Shifts are open: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd. What you should expect in the scope of work: We want our warehouse team to enjoy their day at work, and have the ability to motivate yourself and others while having Fun! The warehouse is very dynamic, with a lot of fast moving parts. You will be working in a comfortable environment but with regular exposure to factors that could cause some momentary discomfort such as temperature extremes, loud noises, fumes, etc. You will have the opportunity to work independently and a part of a team under the guidance of a senior coworker or supervisor. You will be responsible for specialized warehouse tasks including: loading, unloading, order pulling, shipping, returns, fabrication, inventory counter, packaging, or a generalized role working in all departments to support as needed. To fit the culture of the HD Supply warehouse you will need to have personal skills such as: Goal Setting Good Communication Skills Basic Math and Writing Foster Positive Team Climate Time Management Organization Skills We have safety and equipment training, but it is recognized (higher pay) if you come to HD Supply with experience and certifications for MHE or PIT like forklifts and cherry pickers, reach trucks, clamp trucks etc. Education and Experience Please apply if you have a minimum of a High School Diploma or GED (or pending completion).
