Rehoming: Amel Albino corn snake w/enclosure

Due to landlord selling our house I need to rehome our little one. I was told this is a male but I can't guarantee it. Grimm (named after the cute skull pattern on his head) is an Amel Albino striped corn snake, we've had him a little over a year and got him as a baby. We've been feeding him live pinkies (2) a week. He's very docile and has been handled regularly. He's shed a couple of times and it has come off cleanly and in a whole piece each time. Included with him will be his enclosure a 20gal tank with locking lid, his day and night heating lights, heating pad, water dish, thermometer and hides. Asking a rehoming fee of $200 OBO to the right home, the tank and accessories alone are worth that much if bought on sale from a pet store. Just want to know he'll be safe and loved.
