A Lakewood tree service company is seeking temporary help with ground work. Potential for permanent position for outstanding performers. Duties are collecting and stacking brush piles for chipping, carrying and loading wood into truck and trailer, raking, blowing, cleaning up, twigs and debris, using ladders to access and clean off roofs. Additional Duties include, fueling and oiling equipment, cleaning tools, running ropes for climbers lowering branches and logs by hand and with lowering device; ie: portawrap, moving wood with ball cart, unloading truck and trailer at recycling yard. Requirements are, meet at jobsite or yard on time, provide your own transportation to and from job and between jobsites. Possess and use your own personal protective equipment; hard hat, work boots, gloves, safety glasses. You will need to submit IRS form W9, taxpayer information form (provided) with identification. You will receive 1099 form in January 2023 with your total compensation for 2022, which will also be submitted to the IRS. Cash is paid daily at the end of work day. Starting pay is $120/day, increases to $140/day after 4 weeks, increases to $160/day after 3 months. Please call to discuss the job and arrange an interview.
