Position: Gardener I/II Pay: $14-20 per hour DOE Hours: M-Th 7:30am-5pm Fridays OFF Seasonal position, March-November. GROW LLC is a garden focused landscape business based in Boulder County, CO. We provide our customers with quality custom garden design, installations and maintenance with an emphasis on exemplary customer service. We are looking for responsible, hard-working individuals to join the team for the 2022 season and beyond. You will perform various gardening related tasks working with perennials, vegetables, annuals, trees and xeric plants. Gardening and horticultural experience is a plus! Preferred experience in the following areas: -Detailed local plant knowledge and care (perennials, annuals, vegetables) -Residential and commercial property maintenance -Proper pruning of shrubs, roses and small trees -Irrigation experience (maintenance of drip and overhead systems) -Softscape installation (plants, mulch, etc.) -Weeding and weed management Job duties include, but are not limited to: -Planting and installs -Digging and lifting -Garden maintenance (weeding, deadheading, cleanup) -Irrigation installation and maintenance -Pruning -Operation of small landscaping power tools Minimum Requirements: -Must have valid Colorado Drivers License -Must have a reliable vehicle to get to/from work -Previous landscaping/gardening experience a plus -Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work outside for long periods of time PLEASE SEND RESUME AND THREE REFERENCES TO [email protected] TO APPLY.
