I have an older home in Gainesville that needs interior drywall repair and patching in preparation for paint. The home had foundation work completed recently and it now needs wall repairs to fix the cracks, gaps and holes. Applicant will need to remove nails, screws and anchors, and then patch the holes and cracks. Texture will then need to be applied to match the surrounding area. Many of the windows will need sill repair or possibly replacement as the wood is in poor condition. The home is about 1150 sq ft and the vast majority needs to be completed. The home is vacant and does have working heat/AC, so the climate is comfortable. Prior experience with repairs and wall texture is a must. Applicant will need transportation to and from the job and basic drywall repair tools. If you have prior experience and are interested, please email or text me.
