Local Management company is seeking a superintendent position for one of our properties.
We need a live in Super to take on all responsibilities of building and to take on all tenants complaints & or issues.
Need someone responsible and reliable.
Must be on time and hardworking.
Must have more than 5 years office experience.
Must be bilingual in English & Spanish.
Must be fully vaccinated.
Must be knowledgeable in the following skills:
general and or basic repairs of plumbing, electrical, flooring, painting and maintenance of building.
Should be available and on call for work orders.
Our office is a non smoking environment.
