The Supervisor (or Supervisor-in-Training) position is responsible for: Working with a team to complete cleaning homes following HCCA procedures and to HCCA's high standards. This individual will be a working supervisor, participating in the cleaning process while supervising the work of 1 or 2 Cleaning Specialists, and is responsible for ensuring all required work is completed through supervising, coaching and doing a complete check of the home prior to leaving. The Supervisor will be trained to thoroughly clean our customers' homes using HCCA's proven processes, procedures, and products. * All cleaning products and equipment are provided by the company. * Uniform shirts provided. * Benefits include 7 paid holidays per year, additional Paid Time Off (PTO) earned from start date, and 24/7 free access to a virtual physician network. * Background checks are required. * Applicants must speak English, but multi-lingual is a plus. * Employees are paid every Friday, starting on the second Friday of employment. * Reliable transportation, valid Texas DL and current auto insurance required.
