GLEN ELLYN, IL — The number of coronavirus cases in Glen Ellyn has increased by 69 cases in the past week, according to information from the DuPage County Health Department (DCHD). As of Oct. 14, the village had reported 653 total cases of the new coronavirus. Those numbers had increased to 722 as of Oct. 21. In nearby Wheaton, the number of coronavirus cases had increased by 71 cases. As of Oct. 14, there had been 841 cases reported in Wheaton. The total number of cases reported in Wheaton as of Oct. 21 was 912.
