Job Description Ferticell™ USA is a sustainable and organic fertilizer company localized here in Tempe. We ship to over 40 states across the country and regularly receive in, blend, mix and repackage organic and sustainable fertilizers for year-round use. We are looking for a warehouse team member, no experience necessary, to be trained and join us for 2022. We ask you to bring a positive mindset, a great work ethic, and the ability to bend, lift, and carry items regularly at 40-60 lbs. This is a manual labor position with benefits Med, Life, 401k, Direct Deposit, Paid Holidays, and PTO. What you will do: • Receive, process, and complete orders for fulfillment • Pulling and down packing liquid and dry materials with accuracy and attention to detail • Blend, drain and rinse liquid material tanks • Label/Small pack sample orders • Palletize, wrap, and band orders for shipment • Stay inside, avoid the heat in an indoor work environment • Forklift operation (Will Train), loading/unloading trucks • Verify the accuracy of items on Bill of Lading/Sales Orders • Keep a clean, organized workspace at all times To stay connected to us and for the latest job postings and news, follow us on: LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter or visit.
