Job Responsibilities • Conduct gutter cleaning and power washing services • Problem solve and make decisions confidently • Deliver exceptional customer service. • Use technology, computers, and machinery on a regular basis and develop working knowledge of new processes/technologies • Understand the mechanics of machinery and possess an ability to maintain equipment • Communicate effectively between both team members and clients and work well independently • Training, tools, and safety equipment provided Work Environment • Technicians will be exposed to outdoor weather conditions including extreme heat and/or cold, as well as dusty and/or humid conditions • Noise level are moderate to moderately loud Physical Requirements • Must have the ability to use your hands and fingers to feel, reach, and climb • Must be able to reach, climb, crouch, stoop, and kneel with competency on the roof • Must be able to climb a 12/12 roof and be comfortable at 40-ft heights • Must be able to lift, balance, climb and descend ladders safely • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. • Must be able to stand and/or walk for long period of time Qualifications • 18 years or older • Demonstrate ability to lead by example, to motivate, develop and direct people in a professional manner • Training in height safety as a competent person in accordance with OSHA and local requirements is preferred • Maintain a neat professional appearance • Must have reliable transportation •Preferences • Gutter cleaning and power washing experience a plus Job Type: Full-time M-F 8 am - 5 pm Starting Pay: $15 hr.
