Teach me to dance..?

44yr old, divorced man, semi-anti-social, happily-single.. My daughter has found her soulmate and is getting married in October. She made me promise to dance with her and I can't dance, at all. I don't know anyone that is able to teach me. I have very little style, no rhythm, and mostly awkward. Appreciate any help
