I am looking for an older gentlemen who is just looking to work from time to time. I am always working but i dont always need help. Things i need help with are : setting up my scaffolding, moving or taking down my scaffolding, wood siding installs, ladder moving during large paint jobs, i need you to know how to install trim and wood fascia, you need to know how to use a speed square, mark and cut proper pitches, i need you to be proficient in window installation, if you know vinyl siding all the way down to the j channel and lineal trim that would help, but its not necessary, vinyl tear offs will be your thing if you dont, ill need you to help me set up the metal break and take it down, ill need help installing roofs occasionally, i need you for help with plywood decking on both roofs and exterior walls, please know how to dry in with house wrap, and roof underlayment. Ill need help with Fence installs. If you can plumb that would be nice, if you knew electrical some that would be nice, Please have your own tools for the most part, i can provide specialty tools in instances you dont have them but know how to operate them.
