Missing little brown dog

Hello this is grizzy also know as Houdini. He is a brown wire haired mixed breed dog.We got him about 4 months ago from this lady who couldn't take care of him.he is skinny and working on gaining weight. When we first got him he could barely eat. He was use to not eating much food. so I would sit with him and hand feed him food this worked after a while he was able to eat a full bowl of food. He comes off as scared and timid but he is really sweet once he knows you. He has been taken off for the past month. Why his nick name is Houdini we can't figure out how he is getting out? But he will take off for a couple of days and usually come back. This time it's been several days and he has not came back and I have looked and looked for him with no luck. He has a gap on his bottom row of teeth right in the front. Please call if you you have any leads. I'm not exactly sure the date he came missing? This week's been so busy it went buy to fast
