Seeking housekeeper(s) for cleaning of overnight and extended stay properties. Individual MUST have experience in residential cleaning, residential deep cleaning and then the other periodic cleaning related responsibilities associated with residential housekeeping. Some light maintenance occurs, but that work would be outside the cleaning and is paid separately.
Also, something to know – on occasion, work requires 7 days a week coverage as reservations can create same day turn cleans (guest departing and arriving the same day) and many times these cleans fall on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Annual earnings 2019 for housekeeping was over 30K. Also, housekeeper along with any staff/workers must provide positive identification, references, be willing to undergo a background check if needed and to maintain unwavering transportation to and from work sites.
This work is stable and is a great situation for a team of close friends, a retired couple, someone disabled or a fixed income person(s) seeking additional income.
