If you are looking for an opportunity to become a leader in the property management industry, we’re looking for two on-site managers for our apartment communities located in Los Angeles 90028 (55 units) and 90008 (53 units). Compensation is up to $15.00/per hour depending on experience plus one-bedroom apartment. Please submit your resume in PDF format. Job Responsibilities and Duties: - Showing vacancies, communicating with prospects, and performing showings in some instances, and accepting deposits. - Tenant management, including serving notices, enforcement of apartment rules - Facilitate resident move-ins/outs, hand-off keys, and report vacancy activity - Property up-keep and light cleaning (property will be cleaned periodically by a janitorial crew, but we expect reasonable tidiness and cleaning of obvious trash/debris) - Tenant correspondence, complaints, and relations - Provide access to maintenance technicians, owner’s agents, and/or vendors - Assist with rent collections and delinquencies - Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills - Has the ability to supervise, staff, and vendors. Schedule maintenance work orders. - AppFolio Management experience is a plus - Demonstrates effective leadership, multi-tasking, time-management, and organizational skills - Report to regional manager and preparing weekly reports - Other duties as assigned Qualifications: - 1 to 2 Years of Property Management Experience - Knowledge of MS Office Software and AppFolio Software is preferred - High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred - Bilingual/Spanish is preferred - Must be willing to live on-site - Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws - Must be authorized to work in the U.S. - Must have a valid Driver’s License and current/valid Auto Insurance Physical Requirements: Requires mobility and walking to several different locations including walking up/down stairs, bending, stooping and stretching. Occasionally lifting items weighing up to 10 pounds. Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator, and other office equipment. Requires normal range of hearing and eyesight to record, prepare and communicate appropriate reports. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
