Need Sliding Van Door Set Correct

I have a sliding side door on my 05 Dodge Sprinter I cant quite get to sit right. Because of this, the system is reading the door as open and is messing with the keyless entry. I have already replaced all the brackets and have tried adjusting them, so at this point im guessing it has to be another adjustment somewhere im not aware of.
