Lead Team Member for Construction Clean Up Crew

We are a growing company doing both construction and non-construction cleaning work. This position is for someone who has some construction experience and is capable of driving a large Silverado or RAM pickup with a 14' to 16' trailer. Responsibilities: Flexible schedule as weather or quantity of work can fluctuate and some weekend work may be required. Good transportation to get to location where truck and trailer are stored. Working team leader for a 2 man team insuring that the jobs are completed on time and done correctly. Professional attitude as you will have interaction with on-site building managers. Professional attitude working with your co-worker. We have doubled our size in the last 90 days and expect to do this again in the next 90 days. Great opportunity for someone who has some management skills, can communicate effectively, and do whatever is necessary to make our customers happy! This can be either a part time to full time or full time at the start. We do have times that we need extra help that may fit in with someone needing some extra money.
