Electronic Component Manufacturing company seeking a Production Operator to join our team! You will operate machinery and equipment, as well as identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency. ESSENTIAL EMPLOYER WITH MANY SAFETY MEASURES AND PROCEDURES IN PLACE Mon - Thur 6am - 4:30pm with OT on Fri 5am - 1pm No manufacturing experience necessary - we will train the right person Compensation $35K-$38K/yr -based on an average new hire - combined wages, OT and monthly bonus Excellent benefits including health, free dental, vision and life insurance & 401K match! Responsibilities: Operate, maintain and clean manufacturing machinery and equipment Troubleshoot and perform light maintenance Adhere to safety policies and procedures Qualifications: Excellent Attendance is a MUST Stable, dedicated and career-minded Ability to comprehend and follow verbal and written instructions Ability to communicate effectively Solid work history and ability to learn quickly Responsible and self-directed Computer literate and good math skills Detail oriented and able to multi-task Organized with good time management skills and follow-through Hiring immediately!
