Food Trade Show help needed

We are exhibiting at a food trade show for university/college chefs having a regional meeting for an organization called NACUFS (National Association of College University Foodservice). Our brand VFC Foods is a vegan fried chick'n. As this is only a 3 hour trade show, we need someone to run samples from the Hilton kitchen to our booth, and put samples into serving containers with sauces for sampling to the chefs as we talk to them. Want someone with some kitchen work experience and you must be a person who will present well, as you will be serving the samples to the chefs.
