Multi-skilled Handyman and Landscaper We are a real estate investment and management company looking for a 2nd handyman to help maintain our buildings. We have over 28 properties in the greater Cincinnati area that we are own and are currently working on. This is an hourly full time position. Specific qualifications for the role: • Ability to pass a background check • Own or have access to truck/van is a plus • Possess valid driver's license • Owns standard set of tools to perform multi-skilled trades • Multi-skilled in the following trades is preferred: carpentry, painting, drywall, minor plumbing, minor electrical, tile • Minimum of one year of facilities experience; • General maintenance skills such as changing filters, painting, patching walls, fixing toilets, minor electrical, etc. • Ability to troubleshoot • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • On call 24/7 Benefits • Good Pay • Medical Insurance (after 90 days) • Paid holidays • Vehicle allowance Pay Rate It depends on what you are bringing to the table and experience but somerwhere between $18 - $22 an hour.
