In addition, must have a reliable crew and demonstrate works in this field regularly. Foundation completed in 2 weeks on 2,228 sqft (under roof) single story home in Ft Worth. Follow-on opportunity on 5,385 sqft (total under roof) 2-story duplex in Arlington to start after completion of the Ft Worth project with 3 additional houses afterwards in Ft Worth. Must have Truck for materials, tools and equipment. The applicant hired must keep a clean work site and be present to accept or pick up materials.
