Selph Services is in need for skilled individuals to complete residential maintenance/ repairs. Selph Services is a Fort Worth based company that provides 1099 contractors with scheduled job orders based around their availability, location, and skills. There are no fees or long drug out onboarding processes. We handle the scheduling, estimates, and invoicing. Unlike others in our same field using apps with YOU paying for the materials, and never speaking to a live person and so on, we have contracts set up so there is no out of pocket expenses, and you will get to speak with a real person every time! Currently looking for contractors( limited amount of openings) with the skill set to complete all or some of the following. Flooring Sheetrock, Tape and bed, texture minor plumbing/ electrical Exterior (fencing, siding, roofing, tree trimming, landscaping) Carpentry Painting Doors Windows minor appliance repairs make ready cleaners Basic requirements- Basic ability to diagnose Your own tools Your Own Transportation Background Checks Pay Rate: -Pricing varies on either an hourly rate or per job based on the scope of work. -Pay is by paper check/direct deposit on a weekly basis.(example: invoices completed for 3/6 through 3/12 will be paid 3/18) Please email us to receive an application.
