Drywall and Vinyl Flooring Installation

Looking for someone to do a small drywalls and vinyl flooring project for both Attic unit and 2nd floor unit. Please refer to the pictures and plans for additional details. === Drywall === 1) Build soffit to cover overhead furnace ducts (approximately 14" x 12" and 30 ft long ) in the 2nd floor. 2) Cover one side wall in the Attic (5' x 20') and build a small access door (3' x 4'). 3) Cosmetic repairs for existing ceilings, wall openings (from plumbing, electric and ductworks) 4) Prime and make walls paint ready (Attic walls and soffit on the 2nd floor) === Flooring (Total 730 ft^2) === 1) New flooring is Luxury vinyl flooring (5.5" x 36") with click installation and pre-built underlayment. 2) Including 360 ft^2 in the Attic unit and 370 ft^2 in the 2nd floor, transition floor pieces, and base board trims. 3) Existing vinyl flooring on the Attic needs to be removed (already worn down and partially peeled off). 4) Existing vinyl flooring on the 2nd floor can be largely kept except for any damage or loose pieces. === Minor handyman work == 1) Some small amount of miscellaneous works but no major electric or plumbing work.
