Please read entire ad before responding. Lets not waste each others time. This is a flexible schedule. We can discuss, but we do not care when the route is completed. It just need to be completed weekly. Established Property Maintenance company looking for a Crew Lead to handle our Commercial Grass Route would be around 35-50 hours a week. In the winter we do have snow removal, general labor work and so on if you want to stay busy. $600 sign on bonus Please call or text us Requirements: - Minimum 2-3 years Professional Lawn Maintenance Experience - Have a clear driving record - Be able to finish route weekly - Have experience in managing a crew is a huge plus Responsibilities: - Maintain same Commercial Route all season - Be able to drive and operate commercial standers, weed trimmer, hedge trimmers and so on - Be able to drive truck and 12 ft utility trailer - Be able to plant flowers and maintain them - Be able to perform spring and fall clean ups - Trimming and shaping of bushes - Lay mulch down in spring months - Manage a crew of 2-5 people - Communicate with office on daily basis - Take picture of completed work and upload to software
