Labor/cleaning crew needed and handy person

Need labor crew and handy person to work on several projects. Skills required for labor crew: cleaning construction debris, cleaning condo/house, hauling away debris, helping with simple tasks. Must have transportation, no exceptions. Skills needed for handy person: drywall repair and install, painting, hang doors and cabinets, tile work, install blinds, wallpaper removal, texture, floor repair, popcorn removal. Must have car/van/truck and own tools, no exceptions. Pay depending on experience, can be hourly or flat rate depending on the job. Immediate need, I have work in Pinellas and Hillsborough counties. Not looking for companies, looking for hard-working individuals. This is not a daily cash job. Pay is every Friday or when each project is completed to my satisfaction.
