Wayside Landscaping is an Equal Opportunity Employer, seeking highly motivated and skilled landscape laborers, who are knowledgeable of plant material, experienced with brick pavers, retaining walls, stone work, grading and seeding and use of various equipment. Driver’s license required, CDL preferred. Job Description: Landscape Laborers work as a unified team under the direct supervision of the Landscape Foreman. They are responsible for completing landscape installation jobs of high quality and in an efficient manner under that authority. Responsibilities: • Perform highly physical installation work on a consistent basis • Work as part of a team and take direction • Communicate and coordinate with the Foreman and peers • Follow best practices of installation and company standards • Proper use of all tools, equipment and machinery • Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times • Other duties as required Requirements: • Previous landscape installation experience • Clean driving record • Highly motivated, self-driven individual who is detail orientated • Excellent attention to detail while working in a fun & fast paced environment • Good time management skills; be available for weekends if needed • Ability to prioritize and multi-task • Able to work effectively with individuals of differing knowledge and background • Punctual and dependable • Polite and courteous Compensation to be determined based on experience Wayside Nursery is also looking to fill positions for Landscape Foreman, Machine Operator, Hardscape Installer and Horticultural/Nursery Personnel Please fax resumes to (716) 297-6169 or call (716) 297-3811 for an interview, ask for Rachael.
