Mushroom Farm hand needed

Looking for a farm hand to help with the day to day operations of a mushroom farm and raising a variety of birds for eggs and meat. Mostly making and moving 5-11lb substrate/grain bags from the sterilizer to shelves, into grow tents, out of grow tents, and into compost piles. Basic cleaning of work areas to prevent contamination. Some light agricultural work like growing herbs and vegetables. Will also have a sales position available at a farmers market where you can earn commissions every Saturday. No experience required but knowledge of mushrooms, birds, gardening, carpentry, or marketing are preferred. Must be reliable and have transportation.
