GET PAID TO EXPLORE NYC AND TAKE PICTURES OF REAL ESTATE Summary: Ever feel like you walk the same streets everyday? Why not try to walk some new streets, and get paid while doing it! EXR is seeking an entry-level Associate to walk around different areas of New York City and look for available/vacant retail space. Responsibilities: You will be canvassing the New York streets to locate available/vacant retail space. You will be given a map of a neighborhood that you will cover in a given time period and log detailed information into a spreadsheet, such as street address, listing company if one is advertised on the building, is it a corner spot, etc. and then submit it. Qualifications: Someone who can walk/roll/bike/jog the streets of NYC Be able to read a map Have access to a computer with internet Be able to work a spreadsheet. Have good spelling and grammar. Detailed oriented. Be able to cover 5-10+ miles a day (Bike would help) - 1 to 2 times a week. Ok with traveling to different neighborhoods. $18 an hour.
