Farm Hand Help Small farming operation looking for an experienced farm hand and grounds/facilities keeper. Valid Drivers license and clean background required.. no criminal felonies. Must be able to lift feed bags, move panels and work cattle. Responsibilities will include feeding, operating standard farm equipment including driving a tractor/trailer, zero turn mower, operating a cattle chute, occasional equipment maintenance, feeding and maintaining animals, barn upkeep, general farm maintenance and cleanup, maintaining small garden and plants, trimming trees and building/fixing fence when needed, and mowing during spring & summertime. Looking for someone with a positive attitude, willing to show up and work, self-motivated, strong work ethic and the ability to be a self starter who can work independently.
