Looking for someone to touch up outdoor paint on a home..will need a ladder to access one story roof top. Also a bit of wood repair from dry rot. Would love to have someone come today at noon if possible. Most likely 4-5 hours of work. Kierland area of Scottsdale. $30 per hour cash.
