Skimming and Paint Walls

Hi, I would like to hire someone to skim my walls and feather my ceiling joint compound. I'll buy the materials. I would like to skim coat 2 walls by the stairs and paint the ceiling only. The second-floor common area also needs skimming of the walls and ceilings. In-room 1; Skim 4 walls and feather the ceiling plus paint ceiling only. In-room 2; Skim 1 wall and feather the ceiling plus paint ceiling only. In-room 3; Skim 1 wall and feather the ceiling plus paint ceiling only. FEATHERING WALLS DOES PRODUCE A LOT OF DUST. IF YOU HAVE AN AIR VACUUM OR DRYWALL SANDER VACUUM YOU WILL BE HIGHLY CONSIDERED. PS. Place a simple light fixture is a plus. Please advise price per light fixture. Please only text with pics.
