This possible male dog has been wandering around Republic for at least 4 hours! He is wet, cold, hungry, and scared. Does not want anyone to approach him, I tried for over an hour to see if possible collar, but he walked off behind a house and I had to get my baby home.... I hope he is reunited with owners soon... 😭
