******************$500.00 Dollar bonus after 90 days******************* Call 904-859-8384 Foreman position: Starting pay $16.00 per hour or more depending on experience This position requires you to be able to go on a property and know exactly how to maintain it without much instruction. You will be required to set your crew up for success while on properties and organize them in the most efficient way possible. You must have the ability to catch "mess ups" that you or your helpers may have created/missed. You will also be required to report a completed list at the end of the day. You will also be required to inspect equipment and report damage, needed repairs. ORGANIZATION IS A MUST! -must have valid driver license -must have verifiable experience in previous foreman position -must be detail oriented and organized -must be able to operate all equipment (zero turn, stander, stick equipment, blower, etc) -STARTING PAY $16.00 or more based on experience Call 904-859-8384 *************$500.00 bonus after 90 days******************
