Railroad Tie Wall Construction

Description

I am looking for someone to remove 24 rotten railroad ties and replace with new railroad ties. Must have a truck/trailer to handle removing the old ties. New ties will have to be picked up and delivered to the downtown Hickory location. Ties must be drilled and connected with rebar. 3 ties tall. All materials will be provided. I need you to handle the labor. Please let me know what you would charge to reconstruct this wall.
