Job Description Spikes Out Tree Care is looking for a Tree Climbing Professional/ Crew Foreman to join our team. Experience is a MUST! Please do not apply if you do not have verifiable experience. JOB DUTIES: Responsible for climbing, trimming, and removing trees. Bucket Operations Maintaining and proper upkeep of all tools and equipment such as chainsaws, hand tools, chippers, blowers, etc. Know tree climbing/trimming safety and continue with additional safety training. Work well as part of a tree cutting crew and interact with crew and grounds-men. Assisting with driving, backing, dumping, and parking duties EXPERIENCE: At least 2 years of climbing experience. Chainsaw operation experience. Familiarity with all knots, limb walking, and all rigging. Valid Driver’s License, Certifications and CDL (A/B) preferred, but not required. ISA Certified Arborist preferred, but not required. MISCELLANEOUS: Compensation is dependent upon experience, certifications, and qualifications. Job Type: Full-time/Part-Time
