Here at Webfoot Painting, the hunt is on for a Seriously Great Deck/Heat Cable Supervisor to help our teams succeed as a national leader in the painting & home improvement industry. In a never-ending pursuit to be the best, we are seeking a supervisor who will oversee our Deck and Heat Cable Team. The Deck Refinishing Supervisor is primarily responsible for oversight of production and revenue. You are the leader on the ground, ensuring the highest quality standards are being met while providing exceptional customer experience. You are responsible for training, coaching and mentoring our production teams and will spend about 30% of your time working in the field, refinishing and maintaining decks, and leading heat cable installation. Deck maintenance and heat cable installation is a physically demanding job including lifting heavy equipment (up to 100 lbs), climbing ladders, and working on your hands and knees for long periods of time. Key responsibilities: Meeting/Exceeding Revenue targets Directly responsible for the management and supervision of the production team. This includes oversight, training, quality control, and output of all production Management and maintenance of inventory Managing timelines for hiring, training, etc Daily site visits 30% of time spent in production As a locally owned business with expansion reaching several pacific northwest locations, Webfoot has distinguished itself as much more than just a painting and carpentry company, becoming a true community partner offering a suite of complementary property improvement and maintenance services. Qualifications: 3+ years supervisory and team leadership experience with proven success, preferably in a construction or manual labor type of environment Familiarity with Microsoft Word/Excel, Google Suite, Project Management Software Independently motivated and able to achieve goals and timelines under minimal supervision Can read and understand a project scope, make a plan, and foresee any complications Must be at least 18 years old Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Must be able to lift 100 pounds of equipment and supplies on a regular basis Must be able to be on your hands and knees, crawling and bending for long periods of time, and must be able to work on ladders Must be able to operate power tools Must be customer service oriented Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal Must be excited to learn and grow with us Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance Bonus Eligible Top Wages – Seriously We Pay Well Generous Paid Time-Off Continuous Year-Round Work Company Matched 401K Work for a Company That Cares About You For immediate consideration, please submit a resume here:
