two male rats

i have two male rats that need a good home. they were abandoned by my neighbor when they moved. i’ve had them for a few week, they are shy but so sweet. i feed them treats and they come out to be pet. i really like them but i feel bad because i work a lot and don’t have adequate time to care for them. one rat has bitten the other rat a couple of times. maybe a dominance thing? i’m not sure. they have not bitten me but i feel like they would if i wasn’t holding the treats. i don’t know anything about rats but they seem young ? they come with a cage and all the things. please someone give these cuties a chance at that good life.
