Prepex Collegiate Audition Prep- Jessica Bryan Prepex is a community where audition prep, individual development and empowerment align. Our mission is to provide an elite audition prep experience to all participants , all while cultivating a culture of self value & self worth outside of a dance team setting. This OKC based audition prep program allows participants to train with a diversely talented group of coaches, choreographers and mentors. Meet Prep Expert-Jessica Bryan: Jessica grew up with a love of dancing in her hometown of Madison, WI. She moved to OKC to attend Oklahoma City University in 2005 where she received her Bachelors of Performing Arts Degree from the Ann Lacy School of Dance and Arts Management. While attending school she was also a member of the OKCU Pep Dancers for four years. Jessica performed at Busch Gardens Williamsburg for four seasons and danced for two seasons on the Yard Dawgz Dance Team. She performed for seven seasons as an Oklahoma City Thunder Girl and was chosen as Team Captain for four seasons. In 2013 & 2014 she was picked to represent the Thunder at the NBA All Star Games in both Houston & New Orleans. She had the pleasure of traveling to Spain, England, Turkey, China, Philippines and Canada performing and representing the organization. Jessica joined the Oklahoma Baptist University Spirit Staff as the Head Coach of the Bison Dance Team in March of 2019. She is honored to be a part of this growing program and hopes to encourage and inspire her dancers for years to come! Attendee acknowledges that the use of Prep ex Inc. at facility used, equipment, merchandise, services and programs (including but not limited to dance instruction, dance skills, acro/tumbling skills taught by various professional instructors) involves an inherent risk of personal injury to attendee and attendee's guests and invitees. Attendee agrees to assume all risks of personal injury to attendee, attendees spouse, children, unborn children, other family members, guests, or invitees waives any and all claims or actions that member may have against Prep Ex Inc., any of the parents, subsidiaries or other affiliates and of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, successors and assigns for any such personal injury and no such person or entity shall be liable to attendee, attendee's spouse, children, unborn children other family members, guests, invitees for any such personal injury, including, without limitation (I) injuries are arising from use of any equipment, machines or training services. (II) Injuries arising from participation in supervised or unsupervised activities and programs. (III) Injuries arising from Prep ex Inc. negligence whether direct or indirect (IV) Injuries, disease or infection, medical disorders resulting from excessing at Prep ex Inc., including heart attacks, strokes, heat stress sprains, broken bones, and torn or damaged muscles, ligaments, or tendons; and (V) accidental injuries within or outside (pertaining too) Prep ex Inc. including entire facility used, left or right respected sides of facility, or outdoor training. The provision of the paragraph shall survive the termination of this agreement and attendee.All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.It is understood between you and Prep ex Inc. that both must commit to your program 100% in order for you to achieve desired results.You are required to arrive on time, wear appropriate clothing and footwear for classes. You understand and agree that it is your responsibility to inform Prep ex Inc. of any conditions or changes to your health, now and ongoing, which might affect your ability to train safely and with minimal risk of injury. You understand that there are inherent risks in participating in a program of strenuous activity.If you sustain or claim to sustain any injury while participating, you acknowledge that Prep ex Inc. is not responsible, except where the injury was caused by his/her gross negligence or intentional act. Prep ex Inc. cannot be held liable in any way for undeclared or unknown medical conditions.Attendee gives consent to Prep ex Inc. to photograph, video, or otherwise digitally record and use images and/or sound recordings to use in any public media, including radio, television, internet, social media, print or in any of the organization’s or its partners’ publications, productions, or posts. I understand that the intended use of such images and information is solely for the purpose of advertising, marketing, fundraising and/or the promotional and public awareness purposes for the organization. I hereby waive any rights or interest in the images or recordings, as contemplated in this release.I acknowledge that this consent to use images and/or recordings is being made solely for the benefit of the organization and comes without any expectation of monetary compensation or other benefit to me. To the extent that any benefit accrues or might accrue to the organization from the use of images or information, I hereby and forever waive any interest in or claim to such benefits.I hereby release and forever discharge Prep ex Inc. (including without limitation all corporate affiliates and officers, directors, trustees, donors, employees, agents and volunteers) from any and all claims, liability, actions, suits, demands, costs, expenses or indebtedness arising out of, related to, or in any way connected with the use of images and materials described herein, and I hereby waive all rights and interest in and to such information and materials.I further acknowledge that there is no guarantee that any or all of the participants’ images or recordings will be used in any released media.All client information is strictly kept private and confidential.
