Join Seattle Beer School and Street Cheese at Machine House Brewery for a class on beer and cheese pairings! For our very first installment of SBS Beer & Cheese Club, we are exploring beer and cheese pairings of the British Isles! Four cheeses curated by the amazing Street Cheese, four pours of cask ale by the fine folks at Machine House, and an educational experience that'll make you go "WHOA!" We will walk you through each beer and cheese, describing the elements that go into making each beer and cheese, and why each pairing works so well. You'll leave full of knowledge (and delicious cheese & beer). Head's up: This is a small and private event at Machine House and only those with tickets will be able to attend. We are very conscious of covid safety protocol and will make sure everyone feels comfortable. Note: Masks and proof of vaccination required. Street Cheese & Seattle Beer School
