"Uniting The Local Seattle Black businesses" “Conversation and Connections” is a Seattle Black Business networking mixer serving as a hub for business owners in the Seattle metro area. It is taking place in an intimate setting at Illuminate Studios - a recently opened Black owned creative arts studio in Seattle’s historical neighborhood, Pioneer Square. We are bringing the community together to present viable solutions to address the racial wealth gap here in Seattle and the Washington area. We aim to have prominent leaders, creators, innovators, and influencers in one room from different business sectors within the community. We will discuss problems that adversely impact us both materially and monetarily and follow up with what actions and steps we need to take to eliminate these problems. Music, food, headshots and adult beverages will be provided, along with opportunities to help and be helped through vendors, consultations, raffles, grants, access to resources, and more. We heard the calls loud and clear for more spaces that are “for us by us”. This will be an opportunity to share your thoughts and meet others. Space is limited so please secure your ticket now. --
