Asian Dumplings
Discover the flavorful world of Asian Dumplings!
In this hands-on cooking class experience, our Chef Instructor will demonstrate how to make traditional dumpling dough from scratch. Then guests will make three different types of fillings to stuff their own Gyoza wrappers, using a variety of chef-demonstrated folding techniques. The three dumpling types include: ginger chicken pot stickers, shiitake dumplings, and shrimp shumai. Your Chef Instructor will demonstrate how to both steam and pan fry the dumplings so you can practice on your own at home.
No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).
Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in, wearing your mask. You will be seated within your group and socially distanced from the other guests. Guests within the same booking party will work together throughout the class. Drinks are available for purchase from the venue and are NOT included in the ticket price. 21+
