SLO FLO Community Class - Free Yoga Class This class is to serve the yoga community at any level. Whether beginners or advanced Yogis and athletes looking to explore alignment, foundation, and have a little fun in poses. This flow is a "slower pace" allowing students to explore poses and mindful movement. 60 minutes and traditionally a non-heated class, but teacher reserves the right to use infrared heat panels.
