Craig Jackson — tenor saxophone, Josh Strange — vibraphone, Ethan Marsh — bass, Isaiah Cook — drums
Multi-instrumentalist and composer, Craig Jackson, is a one of a kind artist whose passion for activism drives his creativity. Originally from Dayton, OH, Craig has served as a prolific musician throughout his entire high school years, performing at Lincoln Center Jazz Festival in 2014 with Lew Tabakin and a member of the All-State Jazz Orchestra. Now currently a student at Berklee College of Music, Craig continued to grow his musicianship, gaining opportunities to record with Bob Lanzetti of Snarky Puppy and pianist Jesus Molina. He has also begun an educational web series called "Shifu's Apprentice," a tribute to Ralph Peterson Jr. Through understanding the world from the present and past, Craig's artistry reflects a spark of what needs to be a part of our future.
