Rapscallion Kitchen & Bar is pleased to offer a very special 5-course beer dinner featuring our own hand-brewed beers and kitchen creations.
Rapscallion's beer dinner features a 5-course dinner custom-created by Chef Ryan Flisher with Rapscallion hand-brewed beer pairings, presented by Rapscallion Head Brewer Jonas Noble. Ticket price includes all tax and gratuity.
First: Beer steamed PEI mussels sautéed with celery, red onions, garlic, sliced lemons and oranges, steamed with Rapscallion Belgian Blonde beer, served with grilled Nashoba brook sourdough. Belgian Blonde Ale.
Second: Seafood arancini with roasted corn and bacon, sautéed large shrimp with garlic and white wine, cioppino sauce with tender clams. Honey Ale.
Third: Reuben potato skins with tender braised corned beef, fennel/cabbage sauerkraut, cheddar jack cheese, scratch thousand island dipping sauce. Irish Stout.
Fourth: Oven roasted marinated pork loin, cilantro lime rice, fresh peach/mango salsa, scallions. NEIPA.
Fifth: Tropical parfait with frozen orange/lemon mousse, coconut almond meringue cookie, strawberry sauce, fresh whipped cream. Special brew created for beer dinner.
