Experience exercises to bring relief from the buildup of pressure in the lower back, that you can practice in your daily life. Sometimes, without realizing, we can start a domino effect that we only begin to feel months down the line. The human skeletal structure itself can naturally be ergonomic. But through our daily actions/emotions and unconscious positions, we can create a slow misalignment over time. Through this mini-workshop you will: - Gain a basic understanding of a the signs of a healthy body system. - Experience simple exercises for releasing the buildup of pressure that stress has accumulated in the lower back/pelvis. - Find ways to integrate these new awakenings into you daily life for optimal benefit.
